Nessa’s Beauty Product Return:
Due to the nature of our all natural products, we cannot assure the product will remain the same through the shipping process. We cannot accept returns, for safety and hygiene reasons (this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold).

Website orders of $20 or more receive a Free Sample* (we want to share the love!)

Your satisfaction is our goal and we truly believe that you will love our products, but if you are unhappy, please let us know.  We want you to have a positive experience and will work with you if you are not pleased with your purchase.

*Nessa’s Naturals is not responsible for any individual reaction to any ingredient. Each product description on our website includes a complete list of ingredients. People with sensitivities to any listed ingredient should not use the product. In case you are in doubt always try an allergy patch test and if at any time irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product.

Clothing Product Return:

Intimates are not eligible for Return, including Bralettes, Undies.

As a quaint boutique, we strive to make each purchase a wonderful experience for our customers.  If you are not pleased with your item, you may return it for store credit!

Items are eligible for return if they:

  • Have all tags attached AND have original receipt/invoice
  • Are unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as they were shipped out
  • Postmarked/shipped within 14 days of purchase date

ALL sale merchandise is a FINAL SALE.

Please do not attempt to return if an item doesn’t follow these criteria, as our returns department will have to decline the return. Returns will not be accepted with obvious wear and tear, such as make-up stains, deodorant markings, and/or rips and tears to clothing. If an item is received damaged, please please contact us directly within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can best assist you with this issue.

If your items meet the above criteria, we will accept returns postmarked within 14 days from the date your order was placed. A refund will be issued in the purchase amount (minus shipping charge) as an online store credit code. Once we receive your return, you will receive an e-mail from Nessa’s Naturals within 3 business days with a personalized code to be redeemed online or in-store.

To return an item by mail, please package your item(s) and include the original invoice indicating which items you are returning and why. Mail your return via USPS or UPS to:

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

We suggest you insure your package or create a tracking code through USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex, as Nessa’s Naturals is not responsible for packages that get lost en route back to us.

Please note:  Policy is effective as soon as an order is placed online.  Orders cannot be canceled once they are in our system.  To change the size of an item, call us at 507-476-9009 and please leave a Voicemail.  Nessa will return your call as soon as possible.  If the order has already shipped out, we will be unable to retract the order.
