Directions: This is a concentrated EO blend. Add drops to your home diffuser depending upon its instructions. Do not apply directly onto skin.

Proper dilution is key when applying onto skin or in bath water. Use your favorite carrier oil or mix some with our "Birthday Suit" Lotion. For your bath - a mix of carrier oil and epsom salts would be great in the water.
